Welcome to Caring Transitions of Kennesaw

Hello, I’m Matt Allan, and I own Caring Transitions of Kennesaw. Before this chapter of my life, I spent years leading large operations in logistics, fulfillment, and project-based environments. A big part of my work was keeping complex systems running, leading teams, and making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. Over time, that taught me how much steady communication, good planning, and follow-through matter when people are depending on you.

What drew me here was the chance to use those same skills in a way that feels more personal. Life transitions can be a lot for families to carry, especially when there are so many details to sort through at once. I wanted to build something that could bring structure and calm to those moments while keeping people at the center of the process.

That is what makes this work meaningful to me. I care about doing things well, but I also care about how people feel while going through it. My goal is to be someone families in Kennesaw and Acworth can count on for clear communication, thoughtful support, and a steady hand when life starts shifting.
